Currently, printing out print jobs can take longer than you are used to. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We are doing our utmost to solve the problem as soon as possible.
In the meantime:
- Please wait at least 5 minutes between giving the print job and logging in to the printer.
- Have you logged in to the printer but your print job does not appear? Log out and log in to the printer again.
- Does your print job still not get printed? Please report this to the ICT Support Centre.
Extra note:
Sometimes your job will be printed after you have logged out. Wait a view minutes at the printer if your print job contains (GDPR) sensitive information.
