Upload a file to the Hanze Print Portal

With the online Hanze print portal, you can send a print job from any computer or laptop and any location. You can use the following file formats: .docx, gif, jp(e)g, .pdf, .png, .pps, pptx, .rtf, .txt, .xlsx

1. Go to: print.hanze.nl
   
   
2. Log in with your Hanze account or guest account.
   
   
3. Click the [Print] tab.
   
   
4. Drag one or more files to the field [Upload files]. 
   
   
5. Click the [Settings] button to change the print settings: the number of copies, the colour mode (colour or black-and-white), the print style (single-sided or double-sided) and whether staples are used or not. You can also change the print settings later on a Canon printer.
   
   
6. Click the [Print] button.
   
   
7. Your print job is submitted to the Canon printers. 
   
   
8. Log out:
   - as a student or employee: close the browser. Please note that the browser is not closed until all tabs are closed.
   - as a guest: click the  button and then [Log out].

Do you want to print a PDF file that was downloaded from the internet?
Then there is a small chance the file will not be printed. The printer will show the message "Cancelling". You can find out how to solve this problem here.
