To send print jobs from your private MacBook, iMac or Windows laptop to a Canon printer, you must download and install the appropriate printer driver.

Attention: Students with a Windows laptop can choose either the Canon Internet Printer or the Hanze Printer. Hanze University recommends the universal Hanze Printer. An important advantage is that print jobs are visible faster in the print queue and you can therefore print out your assignment faster.
- Go to the print window of the application from which you want to print. You open the print window by using the [Print] button or symbol.
- Select [Canon Internet printer] in the list of printers.
- Click [Print].
- Your account setting determine if print settings are displayed or that the job is sent with default print settings. Your account settings can be set in the Hanze print portal. You can also change the print settings on the Canon printer later on. (Configure the print settings for the Canon Internet Printer).
- Click [Send print job] if the print settings are correct.
- Your print job is sent to the Canon printers.
