We will ship your order free of charge to the Canon Service desk where you can collect it. If you want us to send the order to your home address or another address, you will have to pay shipping costs. The costs depend on the size and weight of the parcel.
For employees:
We always ship orders free of charge to the Hanzehogeschool logistics center. The logistics center takes care of internal distribution.
