As a student at Hanze you can send a print job in different ways and print it on any Canon printer.
Step 1: Install a printer
You can send print jobs from your private computer or laptop, wherever you are. All you need is an internet connection. There are two printers available:
1. The Hanze Printer (for Windows laptop):

Step 2: Send a print job
Send your print job from the program you are working in.

Step 3: Ensure you have sufficient credit
To print your job on a printer or plotter you need print credit. You can buy print credit in the Hanze Print Portal or the Campus Print app. Here you can also check the balance of your print credit. (Buy print credit)
Please note: If you buy print credit, your new balance will usually be visible within a few minutes. However, it may take a little longer, up to half an hour.
Step 4: Log in to a Canon printer
You can log in in different ways: with your student card, a personal card like a OV-chipcard or with the Campus Print app on your phone or tablet. (See all login possibilities)
Step 5: Print out your print job
After logging in, your print job is ready to be printed.
- Tap the file you want to print or tap [Select All].
- You can change the print settings per file through [Options].
- Tap [Print+Delete] and log out.
